Shawn T. Kelly is a Partner of James Controls and a Lead Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer with 10 years of demonstrated success in industrial project engineering and design. From concept to startup, Mr. Kelly has distinguished himself on a variety of refinery and chemical related projects. His expertise includes a host of HMIs, PLC, and DCS systems including Wonderware, Modicon, Allen Bradley, Honeywell, and their associated communication networks and gateways.

Prior to joining James Controls, Mr. Kelly served as a Lead Systems engineer for Jacobs Engineering and as Project Engineer with Fluid Energy Aljet and Johnson March Systems. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and is a Member of the Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society.
