James Controls Announces New Employee

Cherry Hill– David Frank has joined James Controls as a Senior Instrumentation Engineer according to Ernest M. James, founding Principal. He has served the refinery, pharmaceutical and chemical industries for 25 years in variety of capacities for both small and large capital projects. Prior to joining James Controls, Mr. Frank was employed by Jacobs Engineering, Day and Zimmmermann, and UNI Engineering. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
