Larry Goats III joins James Controls as an Instrument Engineer.

Cherry Hill – Larry Goats III has joined James Controls, LLC as an Instrument Engineer according to Ernest M. James, founding Principal.  Mr. Goats previously worked for 8 years as a software developer for the Texas Center for Applied Technology, Viatel, Inc., and the Texas Transportation Institute.   Larry holds a BS in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M.
